MWHC was my initial offering as a physician for a safe and sacred medical space. It is a family medicine practice where we can come home to our Inner Selves, acknowledging and embracing who we are as Beloved.
Sacred Paradise Aesthetics (aka “SPA”, because honestly, if I can’t create cool acronyms, it’s just not mine to do) is a new outgrowth from McCain Whole Health Care. “Sacred” refers to sacred space. “Paradise” refers to both the paradise we long for and the bird of paradise that’s personally meaningful.

Our Story
As we've made the small steps towards inner transformation, how do we step into the world as who we really are to transform the world through our very presence? There's so often a disconnect between who we are and who we see ourselves to be.
How can we integrate our inner and outer selves?
The way of Beauty is one way through which we continue to do the work of Love.
How can we walk the path of Beauty without changing who we are, inside and out, to conform to the world and its expectations? How can we honor our bodies as sacred temples of infinite souls?
One way is by nourishing & nurturing our skin.
The skin is our largest organ, and it often manifests what’s going on inside our bodies.
As much as we need safe spaces to hear our soul’s whispers, we also need safe spaces in which we can see our bodies and love them.
We're here to journey with you as you nourish & nurture your body utilizing innovative technologies that are non-prescription, non-injectable, and non (or minimally) invasive.
