Meet the SPA Team

At James Madison University where she received her Bachelors in Fine Arts degree, Pearl studied graphic design, photography, and figure drawing. She landed a job in the marketing department at a cable company where she learned how to shoot and edit video, producing content for the local community channel. Eventually, Pearl stepped out on her own and built an art business focused on portrait photography and hand-drawn caricatures.
 
Pearl always had a deep connection with faces. She was fortunate to study under a top caricature artist from MAD Magazine who taught her to treat drawing the face like a mound of clay: something to shape, mold, and exaggerate, while still keeping the essence of the person intact. 
 
Creative energy fuels how Pearl shows up in the world. She loves experimenting with hair color, costume, and makeup application. So when Dr. McCain approached Pearl about joining the team at SPA, it felt like a perfect fit. To Pearl, skin is just another kind of canvas. It tells a story, and deserves care. Pearl brings fine-tuned motor skills, an artist’s attention to detail, and a deep respect for personal expression to every client interaction. Whether she’s applying a treatment, operating equipment, or simply helping someone feel seen, she brings her full creative self to the work. Because everyone deserves to feel like a masterpiece.
